When I moved to a remote village in Guatemala a few years ago, I faced a heartbreaking reality: countless women around the world will never have the privilege of healing—whether physically, emotionally, or spiritually.
So many women will never have the resources to buy books that teach self-love, access therapy or coaches to break cycles of generational trauma, attend meditation retreats, or even afford a journal for self-reflection. There are women that may never hear terms like “self-love” or “shadow work,”; terms that you and I have probably heard countless times.
Thinking about the reality of this always brings up so many emotions... I feel anger for all the women who are suffering (physical and emotionally), but it also makes me realize just how incredibly blessed I am. To be able to say things like, “Earlier today in my meditation...” or “I had such a powerful AHA moment in this book I’m reading...” or “I had such a profound healing experience in the women’s circle I attended...” is a privilege.
Healing is a privilege.
Being able to do inner work is a privilege.
Learning is a privilege.
Having the time to self-reflect and meditate is a privilege.
These are privileges not every woman has.
And while not every woman has these privileges, there are also so many of us who do.
And women, WE ARE SO POWERFUL! When we courageously embark on the path of healing ourselves, breaking generational curses, stopping cycles of trauma, learning to truly love ourselves, and stepping into our Feminine Power, we aren’t just healing for ourselves...
We are healing for every woman who has walked this earth before us, every woman who walks with us today, and every woman yet to come. We are changing the world—not just for ourselves, but for the past, present, and future.
That’s how powerful we are! And that’s why the healing work you and I do MATTERS—probably more than we can ever imagine.
If we want to experience heaven on earth, it all begins WITHIN. The healing work that we do on an individual level is what shifts us into new paradigms.
Every time we choose to love ourselves, we heal the world.
Every time we choose to step into our light, we heal the world.
Every time we choose to listen to the wisdom of our wombs, we heal the world.
Every time we choose to follow our JOY, we heal the world.
Every time we choose to remember that we are living extensions of the Divine, we heal the world.
And if that isn’t amazing enough, we also get to experience true heaven on earth WITHIN ourselves when we choose to heal and love ourselves.
When women come together with the intention to heal in love, absolute MAGIC happens. The healing work we do together is far more powerful than what we do alone. This is why I’m so passionate about creating spaces for women to come together, heal, and experience magic.
