Hello Beautiful Sister!

I'm so glad you are here and are desiring to learn more about cycle syncing and embracing womanhood! I want to share a little bit of my personal story with you so that you have some context about why I am so passionate about doing this work. 

Let's rewind back to 2016, I had the so-called dream life - married, good job, the whole deal. But guess what? Something was missing, and that desire within me to figure out what it was, led me on a wild journey of awakening and self-discovery. The beginning journey included me walking away from my marriage and basically my entire life because I realized that deep down, that wasn't the life I was meant to be living. At the I was working a full-time corporate job, but I decided to also pursue my passion, so I got my first coaching certification and launched my business.


Fast forward a few more years, and I realized that it was time for me to walk from my corporate job and fully dedicate myself to my mission of empowering and supporting women in their healing journeys. Oh and did I mention that I also sold my house, everything I owned, and moved to Central America? Fast forward to now, and I have been living outside of the US and FULLY immersed in all things menstrual cycle syncing and Feminine Empowerment ever since.

As a National Board-Certified Hormone Specialist, I love being able to combine science and female anatomy with a holistic approach, so that together, we can look at the whole picture. My passion lies in helping you dive into the core of your womanhood, awaken the magic within you, and unlock the fullest expression of who you are. Because I want you to be living your best life, ALL OF THE TIME! As someone who used to suffer from things like debilitating period pain, zero libido, chronic headaches, and high anxiety levels, and who now has zero period pain, headaches, or anxiety and a very healthy libido, I am here to tell you that it's possible to heal anything. As women, we deserve to live lives that are bursting with pleasure and fulfillment, and I am on a mission to help as many women as possible experience this kind of life!

What is Cycle Syncing & Why does it matter? 

Menstrual cycle syncing is a practice that aligns your diet and lifestyle with the natural hormonal changes that occur throughout your menstrual cycle. There are four phases of the menstrual cycle (follicular phase, ovulation, luteal phase, and menstrual).  Each one of these phases is governed by hormonal fluctuations in our bodies that lead to changes in our energy levels, mood, libido, emotions, and appetite. By understanding the four distinct phases of your cycle and how your own body responds to each phase, you can nourish your body with the nutrients it needs, support hormone balance, and experience enhanced energy, mood, and overall vitality. 

Menstrual Cycle Syncing is a SUPERPOWER  that every woman has access to within her own body. 

The truth is that being a woman means being cyclical. However, we have not lived in a world that has taught us about our cyclical nature and how-to live-in flow with our cyclical nature. So as a result, we often are living our lives doing things that work against our cycle instead of for it. And when we are living out of sync with our menstrual cycle this is when we experience anything from fatigue, low sex drive, headaches, skin issues, PMS, painful and/or irregular periods, weight gain, etc.  

Menstrual Cycle Syncing is a reclamation of our inherent cyclical nature. 

Just as the earth goes through different seasons and the moon goes through different phases, so too does the body of a woman.
We don't expect the seasons to stay the same just as we don't expect the moon to always be full. 

Being cyclical means that change is constant. When we learn to embrace the changes that our bodies are going through every single month and flow with these changes, all of the sudden life becomes magical.

All of the sudden instead of being drained, you feel energized. Instead of judging and criticizing yourself, you start showing yourself compassion. Instead of ignoring your intuition, you begin to listen. Instead of neglecting yourself, you begin to prioritize yourself. 

Ultimately, reconnecting to your cycle is an act of deep self-love.

There are going to be times during the month when you will feel more tired and really just need to hit pause and slow down. There will also be times during the month when you feel like superwoman and can take on the world. And

There will be times when you feel everything in between, and then some. This is just part of being a cyclical being. 


As you connect with your menstrual cycle and get to know how your body and emotions flow during each season, the easier it becomes to align your lifestyle in ways that will make you feel really good. 

Because we DESERVE to feel good.
