Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: We understand that life can be unpredictable, and schedules may need to be adjusted from time to time. However, out of respect for our time and commitment to serving all of our clients effectively, we kindly request that you provide at least 12 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled session without prior notice or who do not cancel within the 12-hour window will be subject to a cancellation fee of $20. This fee helps cover the costs associated with the reserved time slot and ensures fairness to both our clients and our business.
